ModView can work with coordinate in PDB format
and sequence file in PIR and FASTA formats. Generally formats recognized
by the file extension.

Open 3D coordinate of sequence file with Netscape
One can open coordinate of sequence alignment file from
Netscape menu:
File -> Open Page -> Choose File .
After looking through your directory as usual and Open File in Navigator
Netscape will call ModView plugin and opne Structure and Alignment
windows with structure(s) and sequence(s) in them.
When in terminal window just type the followinf command
>netscape your-file.xxx
where xxx has to be one of the accepted suffixes set in Netscape:
'pdb', 'ent', 'ali' or 'pir'.
