CATH identifier: 2930 CATH domains were compared in a all-to-all manner. Domains are identified by CATH codes and structural neighbors to the query CATH domain can be retrieved by the CATH code. Pairwise or multiple structural alignments can be visualized in 3D with the FRIEND software or Java Applet. A list of calculated CATH codes sorted by CAT classification name can be found here
